Transforming Lives, One Session at a Time
I am committed to offering flexible, high-quality counselling that meets you wherever you are. While I work with a wide range of issues, I have a particular interest in the areas of:

Dissociation
Dissociation can feel like disconnecting from yourself, your surroundings, or your emotions — often as a response to overwhelming experiences. Whether you experience mild detachment or more intense symptoms like memory gaps or identity confusion, I offer a safe space to gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface and work toward greater stability and self-connection.
Trauma
Trauma isn't only about what happened, but how it lives on in the body and mind. I work with people who have experienced single-event or complex trauma, helping them process difficult memories, regulate emotional responses, and begin to feel safe again — both within themselves and in the world.
Religious and Spiritual Abuse
Religious or spiritual abuse can leave deep, confusing wounds — especially when trust, belonging, or belief were used to control or harm. I offer a respectful, non-judgmental space to unpack your experience, whether you're navigating grief, anger, identity loss, or rebuilding your relationship with spirituality (or stepping away from it entirely).
Narcissistic Abuse (Adult & Childhood)
Growing up with or being in a relationship with a narcissistic person can leave lasting emotional scars — including self-doubt, people-pleasing, confusion, co-dependence and shame. Together, we can explore the patterns, rebuild your sense of self, and develop healthier boundaries and self-worth.
Psychotherapy Abuse
Therapy is meant to be a space of safety, growth, and healing — but when that trust is misused, the harm can be profound. Psychotherapy abuse can involve boundary violations, manipulation, misuse of power, or subtle forms of control that leave you questioning your own perceptions. If you've had a harmful experience in therapy, I offer a validating and supportive environment to process what happened, rebuild your trust in yourself, and reconnect with what healing can look like on your terms.
